AV Cloud Terms of Use

These terms apply to AV Cloud at avcloud.co and app.avcloud.co, a Polyology product. By using AV Cloud, you agree to these terms.

The service

AV Cloud is a browser-based workspace for audiovisual system design. The public preview includes local browser projects, optional account sign-in, and manual cloud project sync when available. Features, availability, limits, and plans may change as the preview develops. Paid subscriptions and billing are not connected in this release.

Your account and projects

You are responsible for access to your sign-in provider account and for the information you add to AV Cloud. You retain your rights in your project content. You permit Polyology and its service providers to process cloud projects to operate, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Projects saved only in a browser remain on that device unless you export or sync them. Keep your own exports of work you cannot afford to lose. Cloud sync is manual in the initial release. Separate Google, Apple, and Microsoft sign-ins may create separate AV Cloud accounts; projects are not automatically merged between them.

Acceptable use

Do not use AV Cloud to violate law or another person's rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious material. Do not use another person's account without permission.

Preview availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or end preview features and may limit access to protect the service or other users. Cloud project deletion and account deactivation follow the recovery periods described in the Privacy Policy. We will explain material changes to these terms through the site or another reasonable channel.
